My car was completed . And I was never notified of said completion. I seen the car sitting in line for over 25 minutes at least , and was never notified. The service departments time is valuable. And so is mine! This is the first time I have ever had this issue. I have been having Frank Leta service every oil change since 2016. Hopefully this was just an off day for my service writer.
