I had a 10am appointment to get the oil changed and there was a recall on the vehicle. This was suppose to take a little longer than 2 hours all together but it wound up taking 3 hours which made me feel like I was waiting for my mechanic to take a lunch break. No one came to me to explain why it was taking so long and the woman who checked me in was nowhere to be found.
