No need to contact me. I was there before close Friday. They knew I was coming and said I could have a rental. I had to Uber home. They quoted me $1200 for an ignition switch. I called the locksmith and he fixed it for $400. Now I have to get a ride there to get it home. When I said the 260k mile 09 truck isn't worth the $1200 repair, he had the nerve to offer me to trade it in. This was so unprofessional. I really don't want to talk to any of you. You left me hanging Friday night. You quoted an outrageous repair price. I paid for a tow and an Uber and a locksmith for less than half of what you quoted. That's sad and unacceptable. I'm totally unimpressed with the sleezy sales tactic.

Failed to tell me there was a 200.00 diagnostics fee. Which I understand and assumed they would have to charge something, but when ask what the total would be this 200.00 wasn’t mentioned. If I would have brought cash based on the quoted amount I would have been unable to take my vehicle home. She did apologize for not telling me this in advance, so hopefully she will not with hold this from others moving forward.

TOTALLY happy with Tim, and with the job the technician did on our 2021 CR-V... the poor guy did the entire job only to find out the replacement seal had a leak... so he had to do the entire job again...OMG... and he did great! We were so happy, we brought a dozen doughnuts for the tech, and a dozen for Tim, and also for Tyler. Finally, we love how honest and forthcoming you all have been with us... very different from what we got from Hyundai when we fell victim to their famous engine recall... thank you all SO much!
