Tim communicated what needed to be done now and at the 30K mile tune up so that we can plan ahead due to the expense of the work that is recommended. He also had me out within 30 minutes for the oil change and tire rotation done today.

My new purchase was not fixed and claimed it was not covered by warranty and that even though the check engine light was on before purchase and turned off that the problem was not related but wanted me to pay $1300 to fix it. It wasn't even driven 100 miles or 3 months and the catalytic converter was coding and the battery connector was completely corroded. Neither item was fixed. I will never go to another Leta dealership and anyone that asks me I yell them how poorly our deal turned out.

Inefficient time management and not following through with a simple customer request is not a characteristic of quality customer service.
I gave Leigha my cell number ****-****-6685 when asked which number to be contacted when vehicle ready. After approximately 45 minutes or so I noticed my vehicle parked at front of exit lane. After another 15 minutes I went to ask about it and I was told “ a text was sent to the 6693 number”.
I reminded her that was not the number I gave her and the other number is my wife’s, who is a doctor in the area and doesn’t take the calls. I also reminded Leigha I had been waiting in the lobby the entire time.
I was not pleased with this experience. Have been a customer for 3 years and this lack of time management has never been displayed. The customer requested number to call was ignored as well.
