I bought a used car and you put a new battery in it with a 100 month warranty and it didn't last 18 months and you wanted me to pay almost $300 to replace it. You didn't even over a discount for the battery not being any good. I found a battery for $159 and replaced it myself. I have bought 4 cars from you and thought I would have been treated a little better than that. But I'm back on the road and life moves on.

The last couple of visits have not been the level of service that we have gotten used to by the service department. The most disappointing is the lack of communication. We dropped our van off on a Friday and towards the end of the day, we received an update which was much appreciated and were told they would need another day to find out what is wrong with the door. Saturday came and went and no update. Monday was Labor I believe, so no update there which made no phone call on Saturday more disappointing but okay. We did not receive any communication on Tuesday. My wife called the service department and got bounced around a couple times and was then forced to leave a message and our advisor would call us back. Well, no phone call then on Tuesday. We then had to call back again on Wednesday to try to get information. My wife called again and was told someone would call back soon with an update. I believe it was a supervisor called back and left a voicemail saying they ordered a part and were waiting for it to come in. So then Thursday came around and we had to call back up to get more information on what was going on. I was told our advisor left work sick, which I understand but this isn’t just a one time thing or a situation where the communication was dropped after someone went home sick. This has been with the last couple of advisors and visits. And honestly if there was another Honda somewhat close we would probably start to lose them. We used to speak highly of the service team when we first started taking our van there but we couldn’t anymore unfortunately.

The only thing I was a little disappointed about us that I was 66 miles over my 24,000 limit. It would have been nice if they could have cut me a little slack and given me one more oil change and tire rotation. But that's ok, I understand.
