Tim was very helpful and he was able to answer all my questions I had for my first visit to your service for my new Honda pilot. Very happy.

Tyler was friendly and helpful. We brought my daughter’s car in with no appointment and it got fixed and picked up that afternoon. Of course we wish this vehicle wasn’t having so many issues after recently buying it but Tyler and the service staff had been great.

Got terrific service

I made an appointment to get 2 parts put on my car.when I was there last the representative said they said they had 4 in stock.i made an appointment and they said they did not have the parts. They rep showed me the screen that said there was 4 in stock but there was really 0. I was told the parts would take a day or so to get in and I would be called. I was not called so I called the parts dept and they said they were in. I made another appt. When I checked in the rep told me they only had 1 of the 2 parts. I was very angry. She read through the last notes and called the parts dept and they found the part. It was labeled as something else. After waiting for the parts to be put on when I went to check out they told me they would have to reorder one of the parts because they were sent the wrong screw size. They said it would take a day or so and they will call me. So far no call. How many trips do I need to make to accomplish this project. I have been going to Frank Leta for the entire time I have had my car. I have always been very satisfied but things have changed in the last several months. Maybe you are under staffed. I'm not sure but if things do not get better I am going to look for another Honda dealer to work with. I'm sorry that I have to write this.

Service was good, but I was surprised that I had to pay for tire repair when the vehicle is less than one year. I will not be coming back for nails, or low tire pressure in the future since it will not effect my warranty with the vehicle.

Leigha is excellent at her job. She is very personable & knows Her job. She deserves a raise!

Dashuna Young is very professional and efficient. She is also friendly and made sure to get everything right! She was very helpful.

Brad was great. However when I first called ion, the woman that answered the phone told me that the “emissions machine was broken and she had no idea when it would be fixed and since I had an emissions problem, she couldn’t help me. She told me to go to another dealer or Firestone. She was rather flat voiced and unconcerned. I hung up and was livid! I could not believe the treatment I had received and that Leta Honda would allow such a situation to occur. I called back to get the manager‘a name and complain. Adrian answered the phone. I explained the situation. He apologized for the other person and explaining that my problem didn’t need the broken machine and got me an appointment. Leta gave me a loaner, fixed my car for less than expected and the rest of my experience was quite pleasant. Thank you!

Dashuna was kind & friendly. I liked that she came & found me rather than the waiting for me to respond to a txt. In public places I silence my phone..

Dashuna was so amazing!!! She was sweet and kind and did a phenomenal job with taking care of all my needs! I heard she was just promoted, you did a great job moving her up! She's a wonderful addition to the team! ????

Always a good experience at Leta Honda I am surprised that my “low tire” light came on within a couple of hours of the service since they rotated the tires . Isn’t checking the air level part of that service.

She was amazing! We have been using your facility for years and she has provided the best service yet. She kept me informed and updated multiple times. When my car needed more service than just an oil change she had the rental ready to go. Everything was very well organized and efficient. Please give her a raise, and keep her!
