Someone from service department texted me about repairs or trade in. We wanted to trade in so he told Steve Neely. I get a text from maybe an automated number but could be from Steve asking if we could text and I said yes. That's the last I heard on that. The next thing I get later that day is when will I be picking my vehicle up "today or tomorrow" I said why would I be picking it up if we were just talking about trade in. Then I get no response. So we traded it in to a different Honda dealer. I like your operation there when dropping off a vehicle for service But your communication was not good and you lost a car sale. We spent $50,000 somewhere else.

I have never left a bad review because i ADORE this service center. But, every single time i get oil changed and tires rotated i am almost home and a light comes on. They havent reset either my tire pressure icon or one time my oil pan cover wasnt reinstalled properly and i seen sparks when i hit a dip in the road!... Now i pass probably 15 places i could get oil changed on my way to you. Alot cheaper also. But i want my service to be at the place i bought it and only one place for all my babys needs for the life of the car. But being a female it is SO important to not worry about things being wrong. Thats why i come to you. But this is getting ridiculous. Im tired of coming alllllll the way back every single time. Thank you for listening.

I didn't get a chance yesterday to thank Leigha for taking care of us with the recalled fuel pump.
We were not in a good position with the accord stalling on the highway over the weekend. Pretty scary incident with cars flying by you on the highway as you try to get to exit lane. Leigha was great! Service department was short staffed on the day of my service and Leigha felt bad about our wait and she helped get us in a loaned car. During the service she kept me well informed. I bought new tires and Leigha helped me upgrade to a tire that I wanted and felt comfortable with. The best part of the Frank Leta experience was that Leigha was smiling every time I saw her.
