I had a horrible time with the customer service, they were very dismissive of my issues and when I kept asking for a loaner car they kept transferring the phone around not answering my problems. I ended up having to get my own ride and missing out on work because they refuse to accommodate me. I wish my second experience at Frank leta could’ve been the same as the first but I felt like after I made a purchase of a car the customer care went down the drain. I hoping to not run in anymore problems with this car because I fear Frank leta won’t help me with my issues at all. I do appreciate the mechanics for fixing my car though ??.
