I asked about my tire losing air multiple times and was told there was nothing wrong with it. The very next day when I walked out to my car, it had lost 20 pounds of pressure. I brought it up multiple times and was assured that nothing was wrong. There was obviously an issue that was overlooked.

Seemed rather unorganized upon arrival. Paperwork wasn’t ready when I arrived. Almost like I didn’t have an appointment. However I had been confirmed by email. Also found they didn’t change the window sticker on when next oil change is due. And Leigha was not the friendliest. Maybe it was a bad day for her.
On the positive, wait time was exceptional. Probably less than an hour for an oil change and tire rotation.
