I was told my rear shocks needed replacement for $1200. I would say my shocks are weeping, not leaking which is normal for shocks. I have not experienced any driving problems and no cupping on my tires. I had my car into Dobbs 2 months ago for free rotation and spin balance for my tires. They did not alert me to any shock problems. If I were to replace my shocks I would do it somewhere else for a lot less money. I have bought many cars at Leta and have had them serviced there for many years. This experience was very disappointing.

I came in without an appointment because my rear driver’s side door would not open. This was a tough situation, since I’m in a wheelchair and was unable to get my chair out. Tyler helped right away, finding Jim to run diagnostics and get the door open and a new door motor installed same day. Once again I am always impressed with the friendly/professional customer service at Frank Leta. I have sent 2 friends out these past 2 years to purchase new Hondas because of this. As I am recently told my mother to purchase a new CRV, I realized that I bought my first of 4 cars from the Leta team in 2005.

My phone and text requests for a status were not answered. Apparently the car had been ready for hours but was waiting for a response to the $1200 in upsell maintenance services that were not indicated as being needed yet according to Honda. Again, the text response that I did not want them was never read delaying when the car could be picked up.
