Brandon was wonderful and was so helpful, professional and humerus. I'm just so frustrated with this vehicle. Since I've had it, I've had 2 catalytic converters go bad, power steering problems and now a/c problems which always seem to not be covered by the extended warranty but very expensive. I'm on a fixed income and so this is not much of an option to fix.

No need to contact me. Was disappointed by service I received on fuel pump recall on Honda hrv. Took car to Frank leta for recall service, told management I did not need car back for a week since I would be out of town and that was in line with their turn around estimate. 2 days later I get a call that service is complete and my car is ready to go!!!! After returning from my trip a week later I go to Frank leta to pick up my car. As soon as we get car home my wife goes to turn it and notices that the car is cranking weird because the pump is not pressurizing right. When I called management to let them know of issue they told me probably some “underlying issues” although the car had no problems besides the fuel pump recall before service. It takes Frank leta 4 more days to work on car due to a pinched o ring when installing the fuel pump. This experience has made me question the vehicle check out procedures by the mechanics at Frank Leta, the car clearly still had starting issues when they rushed service and let the car out of the shop the first Saturday my wife should not be able to get behind wheel and an immediately be able to tell service was done wrong by your mechanics if they were properly inspecting their work. Additionally, I found a screw driver in the back seat of car?? Which shows another lapse in check out procedure. Also disappointed I was not offered a courtesy car when I was down a car do to your poor service. No need to call back my car won’t be returning to Frank leta

In/Out quickly at Frank Leta Honda.

I am a long time customer and have always been completely satisfied with the service I have received at Frank Leta Honda. However, the last couple of times I have brought my vehicle in for regular maintenance I was texted a link to a litany of recommended service items. The latest totalled almost $6100 including replacing the timing belt which I had already done at FLH. This kind of tactic comes off as unprofessional and, worse yet, erodes trust.

Brandon was sbsolutelt amazing. He was very prompt and extremely helpful. This is nothing bad about anyone here but whenever we picked up the car we were told we would get like a car wash/vacc voucher for $70. We never received one. I was wondering if you can mail or email that to me? Either way we are extremely happy with our experience and we will purchase our next vehicle through you. Michael B

I’m still waiting on a callback from my last service appointment for other repairs that were done and needing to be fixed I was told she would speak with manager and get back to me but never heard anything back and I even sent a text message on the service text app asking to speak with the service manager still no reply

Leigha was amazing!! So easy to work with, really showed she cared about me as well as my vehicle, and advocated for me getting the work done for free since I had just bought the car 3 months ago. She even stayed late when I got stuck in traffic to pick up my vehicle. Exceptional customer service!!
