My service agent Tyler was fine. The guy that checked me out was fine.
My issue is with the service agent (I don’t remember his name, he was sitting by the door to the lobby with his back to the window)
I came back on because I noticed some damage to the driver door. I wanted to make someone aware. The agent seem aggravated that I came back in. When I showed him the problem on the door, he said, what were you in here for, I said to replace an alternator, timing belt, a timing belt sensor and the battery. He then said, exactly, those things are under the hood not the door. Then he walked off. Then I heard him mutter to himself, “what an idiot”.
I bought my 2013 Honda odyssey touring elite from you guys brand new and every maintenance, every service, every repair has been done at Frank Leta. I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully.
I am in the market for a new car this summer. I was planning on purchasing my new car from Frank Leta, but I will never do business with Frank Leta again. Clearly they do not feel good customer service is necessary.

Made appointment for a new key fob, a recall fix and to get wind deflectors installed. Told it would be 1-4 hours. Called back the next day and canceled the wind deflectors. But to keep the recall and key fob. So when I arrived for my appointment approximately 5 days later, they still had me down for the detectors and recall but not the key fob. So my appointment was for 8:30 I also had them check why the wireless charging pad wasn’t working. I told them I needed it done by 1:30 since I had a 2:00 appointment elsewhere. She said that wouldn’t be a problem. Well I never received a call that it was ready and no update, I showed up at 1:30. The car recall was done but key fob wasn’t. I couldn’t wait since it had already been 5 hours.
I left without the key fob. This was my first experience with Frank Leta. Unsure that I will be back.
