A job that exceeded my expectations! Thank you Kevin and crew!!!

I was scheduled Wednesday for an oil change and to replace nozzles for my windshield wiper fluid. The nozzles were a part they ordered at my last oil change and no one ever called me to tell me they were in. After I’d sat there Wednesday for 40 minutes, Brandon called me, while I was sitting in the waiting room, couldn’t walk out to find me, to tell me the parts weren’t in but they’d be in soon and my car would be done later that day, or first thing Thursday morning. No one ever called to touch base until I called Thursday morning and was told by Brandon it would be done by the end of the day. Still no call, so I call back and he tells me, it will now be ready Friday meaning. Still no call Friday. I call Friday and they tell me oh, the parts are on the way and it will be done by the end of Friday. I had plans to go out of town Wednesday, which were postponed due to the push around from the service department. Even if someone would have called to communicate what was going on , that would have been fine but no one touched base and continued to screw me around. I am in the market for a new car and we are definitely taking our business else where and will not be back to Leta in the future. I work with the public and I’ve heard so many negative things about Leta, so now I will have my own story to add.

Traveling from North Carolina and needed an oil change. Called after lunch and told them when we’d be there, got an appointment and was in and out. Great service and nice people. It was a pleasant experience, thanks so much!!

The only reason I have not been 100% satisfied with the service is I was not informed of the cost of repairs/maintenance. It was a surprise at the end of the day. That and the fact that I was forgotten at time of pickup with the shuttle.

Tylernexplained everything so I understood what was going on with my vehicle, and worked with the tech to make sure the time estimate he gave me at drop off was met.

After the new part was put on this morning, the slider still doesn’t work, it’s been there all day. Call me and give me an update

Brandon was great. The service was quick and Brandon provided recommendations for other maintenance that was coming due without being pushy to have them completed today. He provided multiple pricing options for new tires as well. I really appreciated how he handled everything. It was my first time at this dealership and will definitely will be back.

I was never called when my vehicle was ready. I had to keep calling and was promised a return phone call but the dealership didn’t keep their word. I’m never using this dealership again.
