Mike was very helpful about my issue with my trunk not staying in place when opening it. It was resolved that my issue could only be resolved at a body shop. I appreciate not being charged for all of the investigation into my problem. Mike even climbed in my truck to investigate the problem which was above and beyond my expectations. The mechanic also came and talked with me and explained what went wrong. Acura has always been the best place to bring my 13 year old car. It’s in great shape.

We love our MDX hybrid and Leta Acura. About 5 months ago, we thought about trading for another only to learn that Acura no longer offers an gas hybrid. Electric is OUT for us. If/when we do decide to purchase a new car, perhaps Acura will have a gas model available. As much as we enjoy our vehicle, we enjoy being a Leta customer too.

Safety inspection was failed due to tires and brakes.
Tires were replaced in 2nd half of 2022 had 80000 mile warranty, took car to Costco and they confirmed there was enough tread to pass the test.
Took car to independent shop for brakes and they said safety should not have failed due to brakes.
Frankleta used to be trusted dealership to bring your car in for service but I guess times have changed now
