Dave was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He took extra time to with me when I asked questions about my navigation system. Dave was very helpful with my loaner car and provided suggestions of where I could go while my car was being serviced. Great experience!

Way too many trips to the dealership in two weeks. No single person owned my experience therefore it was disjointed and messy. I hate to say it this dramatically but I’ll go out of my way to never buy a car from Leta again (this was my third by the way, thanks for the $0 loyalty discount). Good luck, you completely missed your opportunity to wow me.

Great service. Cougar offered a courtesy car and kept in touch with me about the needed repairs. When I went to pick up my car, I arrived at 6:10 pm. I didn’t realize that service closed at 6. Clare in sales helped me get my car and turn in the loaner. Kevin helped too. Great service.

I was disappointed in the end of my appt. Until that point I was pleased. Dave and I discussed why i was bringing in my car and what possible things could be wrong and what next steps to anticipate. When I came to get my car, I was told my car was up the hill and given my keys. I don’t have a problem with that, I can walk up a hill to get my car. When I finally found my car, all of the trash was left in it. I guess you leave it to confirm that you protected the interior when working on it, but I had to dispose of it when I could. Then I had to maneuver my car out of a very tight parking place. You all may be used to dealership car parking lots where the cars are in there like sardines, but I am not. It would have been nice if they would have gotten it out of that very tight spot, and drove it down for me and then took the trash out and disposed of it. I feel like that is the kind of service one would expect from Frank Leta.

Brad was amazing. As always. He even put his Uber hat on so I could get home during my drop off service. Above and beyond. What an asset to Frank Leta Acura. All of the advisors are great. Snack game is weak though. Drinks are fine. A singular pack of golf fish and a singular rice crispy treat? Are we rationing kindergarten snacks? I don’t need a feast but a bagel would be nice. :)

I brought the car in for an oil change. Did all of the recommended services. They did a check of all the main parts of the car including my battery. The same day I was left stranded in a parking lot with a dead battery. 0 CCA 5amps, dead. The battery was 3.5 years old with a ton of corrosion on the terminal. Not sure why it was left that way or passed any kind of test the same day. I called and left a message for Dee about this today at 7:15am, the morning after my car service and battery failure. She did not return my call all day. I called again just after 5. Again she could not take my call and I left a second message on her voicemail. I have had a lot of great car service for both my cars at Frank Leta. This is not it.
