Once again an appt was made incorrectly but Cougar acknowledged that and went above and beyond to rectify everything without making me feel as if I had done something wrong. He accommodated my need to be out of country for the weak that my car was there but I do not believe my tail light got replaced. Very cordial representative but did not look at the history I have with the company. Dee was able to add my Military discount (thank you!) upon pickup. Overall good experience!

Cougar texted the wrong number to let me know my car was ready. (Number was incorrect on the system. Had one incorrect number and one correct number… not sure why) I sat in the waiting room for much long(over an hour longer) than the quoted time. He knew I was waiting. It would have been nice if he would have checked the waiting room.

I would’ve been happier if I didn’t have to schedule 2 appointments to accomplish the inspection. I arrived at the dealership last week and was advised the state software wasn’t not functional. The employees added that it was down for days. That is hardly a helpful response when my appt was confirmed and I then realized you could have called me as a courtesy and didn’t.

Cougar was very responsive and obviously wanted to help fix our issue, but it did take several times to accomplish. Not his fault at all, but items were not all completely checked (drain hose in this case) before completion. Once again, he followed up and helped all along the way though.

Was mislead when I called to make my appointment. Was assured that my issue would be taking care of it the whole reason for me making the appointment was not taken care of. Was very disappointed that I was told that it would be instead they told me that not only they couldn't do it but turn around and told me that the 30 dollar issue would actually cost me 695 plus labor because I would need to purchase the entire lid instead of just the clasp to the lid of my middle console.
