Also, Dee was not available when I checked out so I had to work with someone else. We did not go over the things that Dee and I normally go over at checkout. I did not request to do so because the checkout ran long because the technician forgot to enter the status of my brakes and tires in the report.
I think the technology you’ve added to the process is good, but it would be good to keep in mind that people can’t hear what techs are saying when air ratchets are being used close by.
Lastly, technology is great but it is no substitute for the personal connection. I bring my car to you, and pay more to do so, because of the personal trust that has been built over many years.
