Brad is always awesome. The service team is probably the biggest reason I choose to stay with Acura.

It took many calls to see what was going on. It took a extra long time to get the car fixed as well. Seemed like the right hand didn't know what the left had was doing. When we did receive the car back it was dirty inside and out from sitting in a lot and being towed back and forth for 2 months. Was rather disappointed

I was able to meet with Cougar soon after arriving, although he was very busy. He was pleasant and courteous as always, and provided me with the info I needed for my wait. The volume of customers that come in there for service requires more staffing more service writers
People need their cars it’s like their home cant live without it

No ,I came in Friday for an oil change and when I got there they told me it was time for some coolant job that need to be done I payed to get that done with no problem now Sunday I goes out to try to start up my car it's not starting lights are coming on but it's not starting I then had my tow guys come out and try to jump the car it started once jumped but they was saying that their machine was reading my battery had dead cells and I am very upset about that because I just left the dealership FRIDAY if my battery was to have dead cells that is something that should have been seen in the multi point inspection and should have been brought my attention !!!now my car is on you guys lot this morning because I still had it towed because I want 100% verification of what the problem is by Acura exsperts
