The only problem I had I pulled up into the auto service center. It was a female sitting behind the desk and she just looked out there and never came out to even took my husband and myself until Dan David came out and he was able to assist us so that’s one thing that I was not happy with. She was open to everyone but me and my husband so but that’s what I was disappointed other than that, the lady that took care of us was very very nice. I’ll give her a 10.

I have been working with Brad Lehmann and always was very happy with my service. I understand that he is no longer with you guys, and maybe theis gentleman is new or something, but my service was nowhere near what I am used to. I realize this does not reflect on the gentlemen who helped me, but when I was looking at the vehicle one of the things that sold me was that I was told you guys would pick it up and drop it off for oil changes. While that was honored this time, I am told that you have stopped providing that service. The gentleman who dropped my vehicle off took it to my house instead of my office where it was picked up. Luckily my husband was home to send him to my office because I am typically unable to answer my phone during work. Then I saw my bill and that I was charged for my complimentary tire rotation. When I called the next day I was assured it would be taken care of, but here we are 8 days later and I called back to find out it wasn't. I will definitely think twice before bringing my vehicle back unless it is for my tires which are unfortunately under warranty through you guys.

I made an appointment to get my oil changed a week before my appointment. First, when I called to make the appointment I was quoted $64.99 on the phone for the oil change for my specific vehicle, which I specified at the time so I could get an accurate quote. I was then quoted an amount $20 more than that when I arrived for my appointment. I was also quoted about an hour and 15 minutes for completion, and when I checked in an hour past that time, so 2 hours and 15 minutes from my appointment, I was thwn told my oil had to be ordered. My appointment was a week out from when I made it, so I'm not sure why my oil wasn't already there if they knew my specific vehicle was going to be there this day and time. I was also never notified of what was going on, and the woman that helped me did not seem concerned and merely mentioned they had been dealing with another customer. Overall, I was not satisfied with the customer service I received.

I 100% understand charging a diagnostic fee, but if the work is done at your shop the fee should be deducted from the total charge. I have done my vehicle maintenance with Frank Leta for the last 16 years (3 vehicles). I was disappointed, and to be honest, really offended with the ridiculous reason why the customer service representative said Leta needed to keep the charge on the bill. This experience makes me want to look for other shops.
