I made an appointment to get my oil changed a week before my appointment. First, when I called to make the appointment I was quoted $64.99 on the phone for the oil change for my specific vehicle, which I specified at the time so I could get an accurate quote. I was then quoted an amount $20 more than that when I arrived for my appointment. I was also quoted about an hour and 15 minutes for completion, and when I checked in an hour past that time, so 2 hours and 15 minutes from my appointment, I was thwn told my oil had to be ordered. My appointment was a week out from when I made it, so I'm not sure why my oil wasn't already there if they knew my specific vehicle was going to be there this day and time. I was also never notified of what was going on, and the woman that helped me did not seem concerned and merely mentioned they had been dealing with another customer. Overall, I was not satisfied with the customer service I received.

I 100% understand charging a diagnostic fee, but if the work is done at your shop the fee should be deducted from the total charge. I have done my vehicle maintenance with Frank Leta for the last 16 years (3 vehicles). I was disappointed, and to be honest, really offended with the ridiculous reason why the customer service representative said Leta needed to keep the charge on the bill. This experience makes me want to look for other shops.

I’ve owned my vehicle for 2 weeks and my car has been in the shop twice. The first time was a week ago and I had to hurry back to work so it took me a day to realize the sunroof rattling and the brake noise Was not fixed. I’ve been told multiple times that the brakes and rotors have plenty of life left, which I get, but that’s irrelevant to what the noises. Then I took it in again Wednesday the same day was told they couldn’t hear anything and the advisor literally laughed at me on the phone like I Was crazy. I have been trying to reach a manager for two days actually six times I tried to call in six people I’ve talked to and finally I got a call tonight at 5pm and missed the call but called right back and no answer. I had faith that frank let’s was the best dealer to purchase my vehicle and was told by everyone the day I bought it how pleased I would be with the service, but in fact it’s upset . I offered to point out the noise and I was told no. I am unhappy and I would like the right thing done and to fix the noise coming from the rear of my car. Maybe it’s not the brakes maybe it’s something else but if the noise and I know that they heard it there’s no way nobody could hear it.

I would’ve been 100% satisfied with more updates about my car. I dropped it off Monday. Requested an update on Tuesday. Received and update on Wednesday via incomplete, detail-free electronic notes. Then, finally received answers at pickup on Thursday; not quite customer-centric service. I’ll comment same on manufacturer survey.
