We were confused about never being able to get a loaner since we’re 80 miles away. If they would’ve told us that it would take two days or four days then we would’ve just driven both of our cars up there like we did anyway and go straight home. They told us it would be four hours or four days so we thought we would be waiting four hours for some outcome.
