Sold me a car with no brakes on the rear and less than 30% on the front they fixed the back but told me that the front passed inspection with 30% left so in the next few months I will have to spend 3 to 4 hundred dollars to replace tell me how that is right not real happy and it is a proven fact that the sales people are your best friend until you walk out the door then they don't know you when you have a problem with the vehicle

Brad made my experience much better than the two weeks leading up to my appointment. I called Service on 5 occasions, left a voice mail 3 times, never got an answered call, and never got a call back. Then went online to schedule for a week later. It happened to be Monday on Labor Day, which I didn't realize when booking. I showed up. Along with several other customers to learn that Service was closed for the holiday. Brad apologized on behalf of the department and gave excellent service. He encouraged me to call him directly next time, and he redeemed my experiences from the two weeks prior.

I’d suggest a phone call vs text when all work completed. Additionally, a complimentary exterior car wash would be nice when spending 2500 bucks in repair/ service costs. Just a suggestion. Thanks.
