I don’t believe warped rotors are safe. I also don’t believe that there’s not an underlying problem that’s making the rotors go bad in 6000 miles. I’ve had plenty of cars that I never had to replace rotors every time I changed the oil. You promised to figure out why I had soft brakes. Told me you would make it right. Not only did I pay over $1000 for you “to make it right” i then get screwed with warped rotors every 6000 miles. How is this making anything right? I will never buy another car from Frank Leta. Once my car is done with the oil changes I bought, I will never bring it back to Frank Leta. The first year I’ve had this car, I never had a problem. But when your guy got a hold of it, I’ve had nothing but problems. And you take no responsibility.

Very easy to work with. The “service” I had done was very unnecessary and a huge waste of time for me, the service team and the parts team. The brand new car I purchased didn’t come with a spare tire. I had to essentially buy the rim and tire separately and have it mounted. This was a nice 500$ add on that should have come with the car. It’s definitely not Frank Leta’s problem but this should be a standard option again. Thank you

To charge for diagnostic testing is unfair to customers. You should come up with a better alternative to the standard procedure. You have no choice but to have it done because of all the electrical components these cars have now. If you have to charge that fee have you thought about deducting that fee from the price/labor at the time of repair. iOr when they come back give them a credit towards the repair. Come on let’s give your loyal customers a break.
