Aaron is always helpful. We jointly looked into a problem with my iPhone 15 Pro (iOS 18.3.1) not always wirelessly connecting. We didn’t solve it, but Aaron asked me to advise if the problem persists as we hope there is a software fix. I had brought my 2025 MDX Advance in for the center display recall replacement.

Aaron was kind and helpful and professional, however I had communication issues with the scheduling team. When I first purchased my car I was told that I could always have a loaner car, no matter what was being done. When I called to schedule my oil change the scheduling representative said they did not give out loaners for oil changes. I then asked how long the appointment would be and she said an hour. When I arrived today I was told the appointment would be 90 minutes. When I asked why the discrepancy I was told that she must not have known I was an Acura Certified customer. The appointment then took over 2 hours causing me to miss another appointment.

Acceptance of vehicle outstanding due to inability of not being able to find dealership. However, I was allowed to leave without receiving all requested services such as coolants. I encountered issue while driving and returned to dealership. I am hoping coolant was actually put in car and other necessary fluids not water upon return. Also, last few visits no matter the amount spent unable to get vehicle washed. Extremely disappointed. Thinking the decline in service due to the older make of car.

Glad we were able to get this corrected. Tyler did a good job. Told him new MDX's don't have half the technology as mine. No Pandora,no HDD,no CD, and no iPod. Plus that information display is not contoured into the dash like it should be for proper aesthetics. Not sure where and when the design engineers made the wrong turn but the tech package in my eyes is no longer really a tech package...just basic stuff like AM /FM/Sirius/and BT. Engine may be a bit better but not creature comforts for driver. Plus the built in remote start into key fob is a very nice added bonus - one at that time you expected or were pleased to see from a brand such as Acura. Hope someone sees the light and turns this around.
