I was honestly a little disappointed. My car was towed to Acura on Saturday afternoon because my tire was flat. Someone called to let me know it had arrived and I was told I would get a call back once an assessment was done so we could see how to proceed. No one ever called me back on Saturday and the office was closed on Sunday. I expected a call early Monday morning but again no one called. I called the dealership a few times and nobody picked up so I ended up leaving voicemails. Because I was at work I couldn’t continue to call so my mom called and she somehow got through and told whomever picked up the situation. Around 2pm, I finially heard from someone. I was told both passenger side tires would need to be replaced and the person suggested a wheel alignment as well to ensure everything worked right. I agreed and was told the total and I was told the car should be ready the same day. The price was $722.00. I got a call a little after 5pm letting me know I could pick up the car and could pay online. I paid and got to the dealership around 6:30pm. As I was talking to the man getting my car I asked were there any discounts that could have been applied. He checked and let me know there are yes discounts on tires but said I should have been offered a discount for the wheel alignment, but I was never offered any discount. I just feel like my car was put on the back burner and there was no communication which is unlike Acura because I normally have great service from you guys.

Tyler Leach was one of the only bright spots in the Customer Service. Overall grade was a D. Had the car for just under 2 weeks and the engine light came in and just quit. Had to have it towed to Leta Acura. Couldn't get a loaner and Customer Service from then on was pass poor. Was hung up on. One of the associated told.me.there was nothing they could do for me. Really, would you ever day that to a Customer? Pathetic. Won't go back there again. The sale from Will was great and Tyler tried his best to calm me. Got the car delivered at my place and again the paperwork I needed was supposed to come with. Nope, didn't get them. Just been a circus from the start. Customer Service or lack there of, needs serious class on how to treat customers. Huge miss on there part. Worst I've experienced at a dealership I've ever had. Hands down. Just blew it off and passed the buck. And Leta's loner program is a complete joke! U bend over backwards for customers, give em a great experience. I sure didn't.
