This was a very expensive maintenance trip but we kind of knew that going in given mileage and it’s always a call on spend it and keep car longer or move on to something else. Our MDX has been great so we chose to stay in it a while longer. Aaron always explains things clearly and I never feel like he tries to oversell us on services. He helps us out where he can. He is always a pleasure to work with.

We had a fantastic experience with Cougar. We stopped in on Saturday with a check engine light on in my MDX. We are from Chicago and were worried about driving home. Cougar squeezed us in, verified the car was drivable and fixed the recall for the auto stop while we were there. He took time to explain why the engine light was on and explained the fix for the auto stop issue. He was friendly, professional and efficient as he got us in and out of there in 1.5 hrs. Best experience I have had at a car dealer.

And...what's up with the car wash? Would be nice to have it in one spot vs having to go another place. As I'm walking out I see cars going through a car wash. Confusing.
