I do not believe my car should pull to the left. I have had it in multiple times since new tires and alignment and it is better but it stay true to road not drifting to left. I am not happy with this.

I was not given an estimate for the time my service visit would take. Also the cost estimate was well under the actual cost.
Usually my car is washed and the interior vacuumed. I’m not sure whether it was washed, but vacuuming did not happen.
I’ve always been very satisfied with my service visits. Not yesterday.

I understand that Stephanie is new, but I’m now on my third service writer. I feel the communication between all of you has been poor. I sent pictures of the invoice from when this problem occurred a little over a year ago. You worked with VW last time to get this resolved, now it is sounding like I have to come pick up my car and take it to the VW dealer. Same problem, why the difference? Starting to feel like my business is not necessary. I have been bringing all my vehicles to you for service for 20 years. Also, when I brought this issue to you, it was 10 days past a year from repair. I understand a 12 month warranty, but your establishment used to treat loyal customers better. Your dealership has definitely changed.

Michael Law was very professional and very nice, however, my Acuralink is still stating maintenance A is needed - I don't know understand why this can't be cleared out - is this an Acuralink problem or what - but when I did the oil change a couple months ago it started, Michael said it was cleared out, but it wasn't - little things bother me - hell I traded my car because tire pressure light wouldn't go out
