The service was promised to be completed between 2 and 2.5 hours so I decided to wait at the customer waiting area. After 2.5 hours car was still not ready. I would have gone home first if the time estimate was over 2.5 hrs. Charging 3% for credit card transaction is a big, big dissatisfaction factor.

My only complaint is that a fee was added to my bill for using a credit card. This seems out of step with other businesses in Oakland. If this is a new policy at Honda, it should be communicated.

I was ask to never come back there again . I was told about a payment I needed to pay after dropping the car off three hours later is went I was towed to make a payment. The people at the dealership said they told me about a payment but they did not. If they did tell me about a payment I would not had any thing done.

Tommy provided excellent customer service and support. He made sure I was aware of the courtesy shuttle service that picked me up and returned me to the service center to pick up my vehicle.
