Thank you for helping to make it a smooth experience getting the engine harness replaced on my Civic. Carlos Molinos was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very friendly and helpful every step of the way and he did a great job of staying in touch and letting me know all the updates in a very clear and direct way as the repair process went forward. He handled everything very professionally and was great at dealing with the insurance company and the claim information. Christina Fong was also wonderful with the process of getting all the necessary pictures to my insurance company. All in all I was very pleased with my experience at Honda of Oakland. I am very happy with the service I had and everything about my experience with getting my car repaired there. Very glad I brought it into there, and much thanks to to the mechanics who did such a great job of putting the new harness in. Keep up the Great work!

My wife took our Honda Pilot in to be serviced and mentioned that the service advisor assisting her recommended an $800 service to be performed. My wife declined, and when I took a look at the service report later that day, there’s no notes on what the actual service recommendation was. There’s nothing that requires immediate attention on the Multipoint Inspection Form so I don’t have a quick way of finding out what’s needed. Maybe put that on the paperwork in the future

I want to say thank you to Service Supervisor Alan of Oakland Honda. I came to Alan about my Honda that I had purchased a year ago. I needed a particular item which was costly. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. He listened to my situation and he was able to work with me without any problem. I highly recommend Oakland Honda and thank you to staff as well.

I really appreciated that immediately. Chris asked when I had last gotten a new battery and proactively identified that I was still with him the warranty period . He was also completely upfront that in order for the battery to fail again, the car might have to be kept overnight. Fortunately it wasn’t, and I got a new battery, free of charge, very quickly.

My technician Darius was great- friendly, helpful, good with communication on my issue. However, this is second time I've brought my car in for a/c issue; and I'm not happy I had to pay $260 for diagnostic. No leak was found, but I'm expected to return car after 500 miles to check again. I understand I may be refunded $ if issue is found under warranty, but I don't appreciate paying upfront for an ongoing problem. I plan to take my car elsewhere for servicing in the future.
