Not a lot of communication, rep didn’t reply back to message or answer calls, or even come over to the cashiers office when called over on radio. I had to walk over to her, only to see her on her celcellphone.

The service advisors are wonderful. The issue I have with the Honda store is the negligence of providing satisfactory service. When a customer takes their vehicle in for a full diagnostic or service inquiry, that means the customer wants to know everything that needs to be repaired at 1 time so customers are adequately prepared for the cost. It’s difficult to believe that something different is wrong with someone’s vehicle every three months when it’s simply only being used as a 25 mile 2 way commute.
