For over one year my car has been showing messages on the screen (not the dashboard) that there is an issue with my brake system. The first time I brought it in I got several alarming messages not to drive the car and to take it to the dealer right away. I was told nothing was wrong with my car. I've been getting occasional messages, but ignored them because nothing seemed wrong wrong with the car. Not too long ago my brake pedal depressed abruptly by itself causing myself and my daughter to jerk forward, but there were no cars anywhere in sight. At this point, this is a safety issue, so I bring the car in again to get checked because something isn't right. Again, I was told that there was nothing wrong with the car, but I need more than that explanation because the computer system has reported otherwise on multiple occasions. I try to get more information from Carlos, but he was very rude, dismissive and provided one of the worst customer service experiences to date. I dread coming to Honda of Oakland and I really can't wait to trade this car in so I never have to come to a Honda dealership again.
