I told you my trunk latch occasionally doesn’t catch. You told me you tested and diagnosed without spotting a problem. You said you couldn’t do anything until you saw the problem and told me to videotape it. Yeah right. It has happened 4 times since my visit. I don’t have the videotape (i sold it to tmz). Its a shame you don’t trust me, although i know criminals are currently asking for unnecessary repairs in oakland. Maybe you could some day change the latch or the program that controls...like fix it
