The service advisor I had Taz would never answer calls or messages I never got calls from them about updates unless I reached out. And when I did I would consistently be sent to voicemail or on hold and never get someone to talk to or get an update this went on for two weeks. I would even ask to speak to a manager and the same would happen sent to voice mail and never hear anything back. I would have to almost blow up they’re phones to get a response. And when I finally did get a response it was because the part they ordered was supposedly defective but when I pick up the car they gave me a whole different excuse that they were backed up. It was really frustrating that I couldn’t get any communication even from a manager.
