I bring my vehicle for 90k service. The alignment that was part of the service didn't fix the alignment. I bring it back on appointment at 845am. I was told about 2 to 3hrs. I got a txt from Taz Stewart at 3pm informing me i will get notified when my vehicle is ready. 530pm nothing.. No call. No text about my vehicle status. I called Honda service number. No answer. I thought I will get my vehicle back before 4pm at least. I didn't get my vehicle back until next late morning. Because that I missed my evening work shift and morning work shift. I didn't get a call informing me my vehicle will not be done. It's an Alignment.. It shouldn't take no more than an hour to complete. So I'm not understand why takes 1.5 day. It was promised 2 to 3 hrs for completion. This is the worst breakdown in service I've experienced at Oakland Honda.
