Victor Martinez was marvelous! He was courteous, friendly, communicative and helpful. He talked me thru the full process in a professional manner. Kudos to him! What I was not happy with was after I paid my quite large bill and got on the highway to work in San Jose, the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) light came on. All the way down to San Jose and all the way home that evening,I was terrified something would happen. NOT A GOOD TEELING after my car was at the dealership for three whole days. I was not confident that special care was taken to service my car properly. I became nervous that something else might be wrong....A+ for Victor Martinez, but a B- for repair care!

I discussed three fixes with the technician when I made my service appointment and again in person when I dropped off my car. Wasn’t able to do the fuel pump recall because nobody told me the gas tank had to be under half full, and they just forgot to reconnect the loose wires in my trunk which has pulled loose and which the technician and I looked at together. So, I got an expensive oil change I could have gotten anywhere and now I have to go back. Not a big deal, but not ideal either.

I scheduled an appointment for a 60K mile service as it was explained to me at the time of purchasing the service agreement that pre payment of the 60K mile would be well worth it, as there are a number of services performed at this mileage. Hong had an attitude immediately after telling me that my total for the service would be nearly $1,500 and that it looked like I already had the 60K service nearly 2 years ago. This is unacceptable. I’ve paid Honda for a $60,000 service that was never received.
