I was charged for a multi point inspection which was not necessary as I had the car in days before and weeks before. The sheet with prices was not given to me before authorization nor was it explained to me the break down just a whole numbers. That’s super shady and I can see why you do it now as that was an extra $150. Profit
I was charged $110. To see if the oil was leaking when I explained I had called in during the 30 day after the repair and did not get a call back. I brought the car in as soon as I was able to as I was in the critical care ward for 13 days during that time and unable to get anyone to bring it in.
So ten minutes to look at it and take photos cost me $110. Ok I should have asked to see the paper before signing it and it should have been handed to me. Now, I don’t trust the up marking but I trust the work. What a dilemma.
I need to bring the car back for a 1300 fix that wasn’t the problem… for the ac/heat servo to the vents.

My oil setting still showed on my dashboard at 30%. I called the service advisor to confirm if my car had the oil change and he said yes. I said how am I going to know when to bring my car back in since the technician didn’t change the oil percentage to 100%. I was told to come back the next morning to get that fixed. That poor service that I spent $3000 and I had to come back to get something fixed that should have been done before I was told my car was ready for pick up. That’s an inconvenience to me as the customer. Lucky I was third in line Friday morning and spoke with Hong and he was able to get a technician to reset the oil to 100% on my dashboard. He also said for the inconvenience he would comp me for my next oil
