I was very pleased with Diem's service. He took care of one of the recalls & explained explained my vehical will pass inspection for the DMV & will be notified when the parts come in the second recall on the seats will be taken of. Diem was very thorough & finished the job in a timely manner.

The mechanic said that I needed to have my rotors replaced due to hot spots. I asked for my old rotors back after the service, and upon inspection, found that there are no hot spots anywhere on the rotors. I feel I received a dishonest assessment and should not have been recommended to remove the rotors.
