But my complaint arises with the fine print …
I thought that I made a deal with the closers accross the street that during my lease, all maintenance is included.
The fine print reads that the maintenance only includes oil etc.

Victor was incredible! He actually informed me that my tire could be patched instead of having to buy a new tire and saved me $200. This has been a terrible experience with Honda of Oakland. I have not received a single call about status of my car. I’ve called in 5 times over 2 days to be on hold and transferred to leave voice mail with zero call back. We missed our kids practice today because we do not have the car back. I’ve spoken to a representative who has stated the service advisor, manager have receive emails to call me and yet I have no call and now I’m leaving tomorrow and my kids do not have a car for school. I don’t know what more to say here. Zero communication
