I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. Darius Fisher went beyond and above. I didn’t feel like I was spending unnecessary money. I enjoy my Honda even more after the service. I’m proud of my car. Thank you Darius Fisher and his team. I couldn’t ask for more.

The staff that assisted with the paperwork process were kind and helpful but I don’t know who thought it would be funny to leave a little Debbie box wrapper in the backseat of the fat girls car! Shameful honestly, because the entire car was cleaned prior to being serviced.
But also thanks for misplacing my car and keys to the “new guys”. **** because I’ve heard good things about this place only to have my first experience be not so good.

He also gave me options for additional work to be done which I will be back for. I like that he was an actual mechanic and able to understand what my high mileage (280k) needed. Highly recommend. Everyone was courteous. My issue has to do with the confusing and contradictory emails I received from the service department about the status of the service completion. When I tried to call John to get an update and clarification the phone was constantly busy - from 1:30 to 4:30. It was incredibly frustrating. You have to do better making human contact a requirement for the service technicians or managers. I left several messages with a receptionist or service person.

The service staff very polite, attentive, and accommodating. Being there early (2nd in line) was smart. My oil change+the extra overview of the car took 1+1/4hrs. Waiting in the customer waiting area had very comfortable sitting,WIFI,coffee, tea, and pastries. Such a pleasant experience.
