I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. I was treated well. I received a car ride home and back again to pick up the car and the list was going over with me showed everything was OK at this point.

After spending $1500 on repairs, the issue wasn’t fixed so I came back 2 weeks later and was told I needed $1700 worth of repairs. It is unclear why the original repair didn’t work but I am not able to keep paying thousands of dollars on repairs for my car.

After trouble reaching anyone to check on the status of my car, I finally got a hold of someone. He said that my car was ready an hour and a half ago. Why didn’t anyone let us know sooner. And, before we brought the car in we spoke to Hong on the phone about issues with alignment. He told us the camber could be adjusted and told us to bring it in. But, in the end, Honda told us the camber couldn’t be adjusted unless we bought an after market camber kit. Feel like we were misled, which cost us time and money. I took time off to do this. I work an hourly job and could have gone back to work today if Honda Service had called me as soon as my car was finished instead of ME having to call. It seems crazy that I had to leave my car for an alignment only and it ended up being there for 7 hours.

I was completely satisfied, but I had an issue and I think you guys need to do something to correct it. I drop my car off for service for the recall and I got a shuttle to take me back home when hon let me know that my car was ready to be picked up. I told him OK. I need you to have the shuttle come and pick me up And he said oh I’m sorry the shuttle office is closed. I said what and I had to get my car because I had a doctors appointment eventually he went and spoke with his manager and came back and told me that they would get somebody out to pick me up and for me to get my car that was really the only problem I had, but I think you guys should inform the client that the shuttle service closes early. That way the arrangement could be made early to have someone pick the customer up. I rate my experience with Hong a 10, he did get the shuttle to pick me up in time. Thank you Hong
