I'm not 100% satisfied because when I brought my car for oil change, I was told that there would be a free multi check up and if there is something wrong then we let you know. After 3 hours I received a list of services which I need to fix and also a 220$ charge to find out why my engine light is on. When I asked why am I being charge for finding out what is wrong with the engine light, they told me it's not part of the free multi check out. That amazed me that I have being given a list of services which my car needs without checking if my car needs it ,but the part needs to be fix, I'm being charge to find out, which should have been free. This is the reason that I'm not satisfied with the service. Thanks Sayed H

Both visits regarding same issue were very disappointing. I had explained when I would be back to pick up car ( second visit I dropped it at 8:15 and said I would be back at 5) and when I came to pick up car it wasn’t ready!! Then the charges were significantly more than the agreed upon cost. I have mostly had excellent service experience with Oakland Honda, but not this go round. Very disappointed.

I come to Honda Oakland frequently enough to feel confident that your customer service reps will be courteous and helpful. A couple weeks ago Tommy was great- responsive and supportive. Darius is the first one who hit a sour point. He started out with a condescending tone and attitude. I requested that he change his tone. He caught himself and did so. However, when I was removing my key fob from the loop to hand it over, he said do you want me to do that? Wouldn’t want you to ruin your lady nails there. He may have been trying to be friendly after our tense start, but it was very awkward and sexist to say. He did rally and was polite after that. He might use a bit of sensitivity training on dealing with female clients.
