Tommy quoted me at 99.99 for an oil change which is 10 dollars more than what is listed on your website and he didn’t offer the filter change. I had to pull up a coupon from a competing Honda for 25 dollars off to lower the price. It makes me feel as a woman customer that I’m being taken advantage of when I’m quoted a higher number and need to bargain down. Next time I will be going across the street for an oil change, their prices remain the same year round.

I picked up my car after Honda held it for more than 24 hours and as I was driving the supplement restraint system problem came back on, I was charged $220 and had my car for a day just to have the same problem that I didn’t cause come back less than 2 hours of receiving my car back.
