I was super impressed with the service I received. John is most polite and courteous. He gave me a fairly honest estimate of the time it would take to check my vehicle. He and the service team even brought to my attention some areas that need service that other dealerships had overlooked. Thank you!

Service advisor was great, car runs like new. Issue is primarily price. I subsequently checked cost for 30k mile service with other Honda dealers and cost was $400 less (Concord Honda). How is that possible? I will look elsewhere when my next major service is due. Also, I got a regular service on my Toyota and the car came back washed. A little gesture makes a big difference in customer satisfaction.

I initially brought my car to the shop because the brakes were making a scraping noise. After all is said and done I still don't know what was the source of the noise. I received a text message asking if I had any questions. I replied asking if they had found the source of the scraping noise. I never received a reply to my question. The next text message I got was around 12:05 saying that my car was ready for pickup but that you had some type of power outage. When I called back, I left a message to find out if I could pick up my car and what was the noise from, the brakes. Hong returned my call but before we could discuss anything we were disconnected mid- sentence. Hong never attempted to call me back using a cell phone or some other form of communication. I called several times and text messaged, but did not receive a reply. I really needed my car because I had an Metro assignment that I needed to get to. There was no time for me to get someone else to take my place. I ended up having to walk very far (30 minutes)at the last minute. I am disabled, so today I am experiencing a great deal of pain as a result. I feel that it is outrageous to leave someone stranded that way and not return phone calls, even if you do have a power outage. Just about everyone carries a cell phone and can at least make calls that way. I'm extremely frustrated because we ended up spending $2,000 unexpectedly and did not get to the root cause of the problem I initially brought my car in for. I have never paid that much for a service at Honda. This was my far the the worst customer service experience I've ever had at Honda. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years, but I'm considering changing to a different repair shop as a result of this ridiculous experience. When Hong sent me a text to apologize later, he put it in all caps which means shouting, just in case he does not know. I assume he meant well, but someone should let him know not to accidentally offend others .
