He also gave me a clear path of other items needed. I am not happy with the new ownership. I am not happy with the credit card fees, inflated prices, and lack of staff the new regime has implemented. Chris was nice/helpful as was the driver who gave me a ride to and from my house. The problem is that the dealership repair department didn’t have the recalled part they called me in for. Very confused about this since I was told to come him to have a part replaced if was faulty, and when they found that part faulty, they didn’t have it in stock. So now I have to come back in to have it replaced?? My time is valuable and now I have to take more time off work to come back? This is just bad business all around. Extremely dissatisfied.
