my service advisor was GREAT! Gave me all the info I needed: price, time, etc. No pressure to complete suggested services. I appreciate the free wifi and water/snacks. I had a long service that I waited for, so it was nice to have these amenities to make that time pass quickly. Glad that they brought back the complimentary car wash ;)

The only comment I have about this experience is I had to go there twice to have the issue resolved. I just bought the vehicle and they didn't want to fix the issue before I drove it off the lot. But said they'd honor it within the first week. Which they did fix it, so thank you for making my vehicle safe which it should have been to start with

Don't bother. It took 3 hours for an oil change and a software update that I never approved. No communication at all. Sat there clueless for 3 hours.
