Willard did fantastic, he’s really something special. He made me feel heard and listened too when I came in for service, and it was my first oil change so he explained to me about the Toyota care my vehicle has. Will made me feel so welcome from the very moment he approached me. He gladly answered all of my questions and help me to learned few things I didn’t know about my car. He was so kind and a wonderful person to work with. At the end he explained step by step what you guys did with my car and my options and plans for my car further on.

Made appointment for Toyota Care and recall completion online. Arrived and was told they could only rotate my tires or I would have to leave the truck and they would get it in later. Got a ride home and vehicle was done less than 2 hours later. Had a $48 invoice upon pickup even though work order clearly stated free Toyota Care was performed and there was no extra customer approved work.

My guess is that there was maybe 2 hours of work to do on my Corolla when I arrived for my 10:15 appointment. I was greeted and waited on site. At 10:30, I received a text that I had missed my 10:15 appointment. About 3 hrs later I got my first update: due to them not knowing about my appointment, it might be another 2 hrs and I could get a loaner car (or shuttle?). I chose to continue waiting on site. About 5 min later, I learned that my car had been ready to go for about 10 min, but the advisor hadn't known.
