Josh checked me in and was great! He took my coupons and wrote them down on the work order. When the car was done, Will called for me to the cashier. I walked up. He tried to upsell me on the prepaid service packages, once I declined those he tried to tell me my tires were at a 6, but I should think about replacing them in April because they have a sale. Well, if my tires are still good, why would I replace them in 3 months? Then the cashier told me my total, which did not reflect the coupons. She called will back over to fix them. 5 mins later, he came back over and said he would be back in about 5 mins after he fixes it. Before when he looked at the paperwork to see the coupons, he shouts ‘Jesus Christ!’ I was taken aback that an employee would have the audacity to say that in a place of business in front of a coworker, let alone a customer. After Will came back from fixing the coupons he tells me ‘you’re already getting a deal on the tire rotation so I added more off to the oil change coupon’ he took the $5 oil change coupon I brought in and still charged me full price for the tire rotation when Josh had told me I could use my $24.95 tire rotation coupon I had. It’s one thing to tell me you’re not going to honor the coupon, just don’t lie about it or act like you did me a favor and give me a better deal. Then when I walked to my car, I found my charger for my iPhone was lodged in my glove box from when the removed it when checking my cabin filter. I was not able to remove it, so I had to stop a technician to remove the glove box to get it out. The phone cord is cracked. I mentioned that to him once he freed it up. I know he went and talked with Josh as Josh called me and left me a message Friday after my appointment. I didn’t go back in to address the issue with the phone cord since I was in the middle of my work day. The entire experience was frustrating. Josh was the only person in that shop that made any effort to make it right. The technician I stopped (his name may be Andrew) was very apologetic but it still was a problem that should’ve been avoided. At this point, I’d rather drive the 35 miles to Maplewood Toyota than the 3.5 miles after this experience.

Craig did a great job, but my battery light came on for about 30 secs after I went over a bump in the road today . Also I tried to return the battery that the service technician said failed and Fleet Farm tested it and said it was good, so now I and battery that I do t need!

I didn't think I was getting a good value, $30 extra to rotate the tires other Toyota dealerships include that with an oil change, recommended in cabin air filter for $68 that I clearly could do myself, when I opened up the compartment all of my belongings were strong about, and the air filter had been reinstalled sideways. I don't believe I'll ever be coming back

Only complaint is, service should have been done at 12:30 (mind you I had a 10:30 appointment and waited). After at that time I should have been told they are running late and it will be longer. Service finally done at 1:30. 3 hours of waiting. Frustrated.

First my name is Mona, it took over an hour for them to start on my vehicle, it is worse than the doctor’s office. I got there at 5 minutes to 2:00 and they started working on my car at 3:00 and were done by 3:20, so they should have told me to come in at 3:00 and I could have driven right into the bay where they worked on it, and I could have stayed at work until I needed to actually be there!!!!! I get very annoyed wasting my time waiting when it is possible to get it done in 20 minutes!
