Very poor communication, did not respond. My keys were lost and no one has called me to report that they were found. I waited all day for my car to be looked at and then was told the technician was leaving so I had to hurry up and let them know what I wanted completed. Horrible experience all around.

Craig did a great job finding out what was wrong with my gas plate. It was only a small spring piece so he just charged me for the piece! He didn’t charge me for labor! I really appreciated that. I really appreciated how Lance was so kind and helpful as well as Scott Backman. I had purchased a fully loaded 2002 toyota Tacoma double can sport sept 2022. Several things were noted as minor defects after I purchased it. I contacted Paige Carlson who insured that I received quality service and efficient service after contacting them about paint coming off a piece above the grill, defective snap on roof rack, cracked screen on dashboard , rear bumper misaligned on one side , etc. they corrected these things within the week and provided me with a free loaner. Both Lance and Scott were great. Thank you Carlson toyota for correcting these things .
