My advisor was very nice but for some reason I never get air put in my tires even after asking. Left the dealership with papers stating my tire pressure was at 36 for all tires but they were actually 26, 28, 30 and 33. Will not be using this dealership any longer.

Once again the filter for the Hybrid Battery was not checked, yet it ticked off on inspection sheet. I had put tape over the cover screw and it was still in place when I checked it after the service. After I pointed it out it was checked/inspected.

The technician’s videos of the problem is GREAT! Glad you have that available as part of the service.
It would be good to turn on closed captions for the television by the coffee. Closed captions make it possibly to follow the tv story while keeping the sound volume silent.
