Wait time was 20 minutes more than stated which would've been ok if someone had told me. The text with real time updates didn't work. Was told I would get a carwash and didn't. Was quoted the wrong price over the phone and I even asked repeatedly if that was right and they assured me it was. It was wrong. Tried this place over Brookdale Toyota because closer but not now

$52 for an air filter is a lot. Does not seem like a good value. Otherwise today’s service met my expectations.
Not happy with the AI phone system. I want to talk to a person, not a machine. When it finally agreed to route me to a human, I got left on hold until I finally hung up. Very disappointed with Carlson Toyota about this.
